Time is a valuable and essential investment during this process. The number of training sessions needed to produce sustained brain changes will vary between participants and the programs they engage in.
Movement programs are a daily routine and following my initial assessment the amount of time will depend on the movement and reflex profile of the child. Most families can expect a 2-6 month program.
As a qualified practitioner of Interactive Metronome® (IM) programs, I recommend training 5 – 6 times a week. The IM the program can be used for longer periods to gain the maximum benefits. For the majority of children this can take between 1 – 6 months and we use training and assessment data from Interactive Metronome®, to closely monitor progress.

The programs I provide are all practised from home. Families benefit from saving time and money travelling to and from expensive specialist appointments and benefit from shorter exercise times, with more frequent repetitions.
Through regular and repetitive exercises, individuals can harness the power of brain plasticity to create new and more effective brain pathways.

Costs vary depending on your needs, and my recommended programs, so once we have conducted your free assessment, I will be able to provide a quote.
I will supply the tools and resources to assist your child reach set goals and can supply or direct you how to purchase IM equipment if required.

There is no specific equipment required for the movement programs however there is home hardware and software required for the IM program which I can supply or direct you how to purchase .
